Following its successful venture in Bodrum, Sunset Hospitality Group has announced the grand opening of Folie Restaurant & Sea Bouznika on August 3, 2024. Located at The View Hotel Bouznika, Bahia Golf Beach, this marks the second “Folie Restaurant & Sea,” following the recent launch of “Folie Restaurant & Sea Cabo Negro” on July 18, 2024.
Folie Restaurant & Sea Bouznika brings together the sophistication of Bodrum with the relaxed coastal charm of Bouznika. Designed to offer a serene and immersive experience, the new restaurant and pool feature natural materials, soothing color palettes, and expansive open spaces. Guests can enjoy breathtaking views from the restaurant’s outdoor areas, lush gardens, and an infinity pool.
The interior design draws inspiration from Bouznika’s natural beauty, blending light wood and rattan details with a palette of whites and beiges, highlighted by sunny yellows. Cascading plants create a harmonious connection with the beach and surrounding nature, while sunset lanterns add a magical touch to the ambiance. With a capacity of 200 seats, including private cabanas and 39 sunbeds, Folie Restaurant & Sea Bouznika promises a paradise-like experience from noon to midnight.

Under the culinary direction of Executive Chef Umur Suner, known for his avant-garde approach and experience in top establishments across Europe and the Middle East, the menu offers a blend of simple and refined flavors crafted from the freshest seasonal ingredients.
