From June 28th to 30th, 2024, the picturesque destination of Taghazout Bay will host the second edition of the Almoggar des Chefs, a culinary festival par excellence. Organized by Hyatt Place Taghazout Bay, this event promises a vibrant and diverse program, featuring renowned chefs from across Morocco who will showcase the rich heritage of Moroccan cuisine.

Building on the success of its inaugural edition, this year’s gastronomic fair will welcome 13 world-class Moroccan chefs. Invited by Chef Mehdi Rguieg of Hyatt Place Taghazout Bay, the lineup includes celebrated culinary artists like Chef Rachid Maftouh, Chef Oussama Sadiq, Chef Issam Rhachi, and Chef Hicham Anaddam, among others.

Over three delightful days, Hyatt Place Taghazout Bay will transform into a haven of sweet and savory flavors. The festival kicks off on Friday, June 28, with appetizer workshops and a gourmet dinner themed “Cuisine Kanoun.” Saturday, June 29, brings another round of appetizer workshops followed by a “Land and Sea” themed dinner. The festival concludes on Sunday, June 30, with a Garden Party brunch in the hotel’s lush gardens overlooking the stunning beaches of Taghazout Bay. Each meal will be meticulously prepared by a selection of Morocco’s finest chefs.

In celebration of this special occasion, Hyatt Place Taghazout Bay will convert its Bar Gallery into a pop-up restaurant. Guests will begin each evening with a welcoming cocktail on the terrace, enjoying the sunset over the hotel’s palm-studded gardens before indulging in their meals.

Throughout the three days, participants will have the opportunity to engage in creative workshops, savor gourmet dinners inspired by traditional Moroccan themes, and end with a picturesque Garden Party brunch.

The Almoggar des Chefs is more than just a festival; it’s a culinary journey and a place of exchange and connection. Attendees will discover new flavors, share experiences, and forge bonds over a shared passion for gastronomy.
