As part of this collaboration, Teleperformance invested approximately $13 million in Sanas’ Series B funding round, securing exclusive distribution rights for the technology across multiple industries and major corporations.

The partnership aims to integrate advanced artificial intelligence solutions to enhance customer interactions. Sanas’ AI-powered platform smooths out accents in real time, enabling clearer communication, fostering greater trust, and improving empathy in customer service interactions. Initial deployments have already demonstrated positive outcomes, including higher customer satisfaction, improved first-call resolution rates, reduced handling times, and increased sales conversion rates.

Teleperformance will also work closely with Sanas to further refine its AI voice technology, tailoring it to the needs of customer service experts in India, the Philippines, Latin America, Africa, and Asia.
