Morocco’s construction group TGCC has posted a record year, driven by a surge in projects and the integration of STAM VIAS.

The company’s operating revenue reached 3.6 billion dirhams in the fourth quarter, up 63% compared with the same period in 2024. Over the full year, TGCC’s revenues hit 12.4 billion dirhams, surpassing the 12-billion mark for the first time.

The group’s order book also reached a record 25.6 billion dirhams by the end of December, including major projects such as the expansion and modernisation of Casablanca’s Mohammed V Airport, secured in the fourth quarter.

TGCC increased its investments to 684.1 million dirhams, strengthening industrial and technical capacity to handle larger projects. Despite higher activity, net debt fell by 9.4% to 609.8 million dirhams, reflecting strong cash flow and tight control of working capital.

The company says it is benefiting from renewed public and private infrastructure programs, consolidating growth while maintaining financial stability.
