Renault Group Maroc and Dacia Maroc have announced the appointment of Thibault Paland, effective September 1, 2024. He will report directly to Xavier Martinet, Director of Marketing, Sales, and Operations for Dacia.
Thibault Paland will succeed Fabrice Crevola, who has been appointed Director of Quality at Renault Group within Dacia’s Network and Customer Division.
Born in 1972, Thibault Paland is a graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Gestion et Finances. He began his career with the group in 1997, starting in field positions within the DIAC teams.
From 2001 to 2008, he held various roles at Renault Parc Entreprises (R.P.E) in France, gaining significant experience in corporate sales. Notably, he served as Renault Key Account Director and Commercial Director of Overlease from June 2006 to October 2008.
Between 2008 and 2013, Paland rejoined DIAC, where he successively took on the roles of Regional Director for the East Network and Paris-Ile de France. In 2013, he was appointed Deputy General Manager of Diac Location at R.P.E, overseeing the group’s fleet and leasing operations for three years. He then became the General Manager of RCI Benelux, a subsidiary of RCI Bank and Services for the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
Since June 2018, Paland has served as the General Manager of DIAC, which rebranded to Mobilize Financial Services France in September 2022. He joined the Executive Committee of Mobilize Financial Services in December 2022.
