Three young creators have won a competition to help make Inwi’s next advert. Oussama Bensghir, Younes El Mendery and Rayan El Kaouid were named the winners of “The Next Ad” at a final event in Casablanca. The competition was launched earlier this summer and attracted more than 1,500 entries. Participants created more than 250 pieces of content for social media. Twelve finalists reached the final stage. They took part in a bootcamp with advertising professionals, attended masterclasses and received one-to-one mentoring.
The training helped them turn their social media ideas into advertising concepts.
The three winners will now work with Inwi through collaboration contracts. They will have the chance to create content for the telecoms company as part of its advertising work.
Oussama Bensghir also won the Public Choice Award after receiving the most votes online. He was given a content creation kit.
The jury also gave its Jury Choice Award to Houssam Salah.
The competition is linked to Inwi’s “Sir B3id” campaign, which focuses on young people, ambition and creativity.
The project gives Inwi a way to work directly with young creators and bring them into its advertising campaigns.
