MK Education is moving to strengthen its presence in the higher education sector by taking full control of KMR Holding Pédagogique. This plan will soon materialize through the acquisition of an additional 42.11% stake in KMR, which will be purchased from ADP II Holding 2. By securing this additional share, MK Education will reach—or potentially exceed—the threshold required to gain exclusive control over KMR Holding.
Based in the Gueliz district of Marrakech, MK Education is a Moroccan joint-stock company listed in the city’s commercial registry. The company specializes in higher education and has been steadily expanding its footprint in this fast-growing market.
KMR Holding Pédagogique, which also operates out of Marrakech, has built a strong presence in both Morocco and Senegal through its higher education activities. This acquisition is expected to strengthen the combined position of both entities and support the growth of their educational institutions across these two countries.
