The Moroccan investment fund Nama Fund I FPCC RFA, owned by CDG Invest, has acquired a 33.8% stake in Acrostak Luxembourg SA, marking its entry into the company’s shareholding structure. This move will allow the fund to jointly control the Luxembourg-based firm alongside its long-standing shareholder, Acrostak Corporation, headquartered in Cyprus.
Nama Fund I FPCC RFA is a collective investment fund registered in Rabat and managed by CDG Invest Management, a subsidiary of the broader CDG Group. CDG is one of Morocco’s key institutional players, with activities spanning wealth management, regional development, tourism, investment, as well as banking and financial services.
Acrostak Corporation (CY) Ltd., a Cypriot holding company, remains a shareholder in Acrostak Luxembourg SA. The Luxembourg firm holds stakes in companies that focus on designing and supplying catheters for therapeutic use, a niche but critical segment of the medical technology industry.
This new partnership is expected to give Acrostak Luxembourg the resources and backing it needs to accelerate its growth in a healthcare market that is constantly evolving and increasingly driven by innovation.
