Fayçal Lahlou Nabil has been appointed Executive Director of Gentis for the Middle East and Africa, taking on the leadership of all operations across the region. With fifteen years of experience providing tailored support to companies—particularly in the recruitment of senior executives—the firm continues to position itself as a strategic partner for organizations navigating talent challenges in complex markets.
Before stepping into his regional leadership role, Lahlou Nabil was in charge of the Morocco office and also oversaw operations in France. His leadership was instrumental in strengthening Gentis’ presence in both countries, reinforcing their strategic value to the company.
