Crédit du Maroc has appointed Mehdi Qalbi as director of CDM Salaf, the bank’s consumer lending business, as it steps up its focus on a Moroccan market that continues to grow.
The appointment comes as the bank seeks to strengthen the strategic management of CDM Salaf, which plays a key role in its consumer finance business.
Through CDM Salaf, Crédit du Maroc aims to expand support for individual customers while continuing to develop its range of lending products. The bank said the market is being shaped by changing consumer habits, rising expectations for closer customer service and strong demand for financing solutions tailored to different needs.
CDM Salaf is expected to remain at the heart of Crédit du Maroc’s strategy in the consumer lending segment as the bank looks to strengthen its position in the market.
