CFG Marchés more than doubled its profit in 2025 after earning much more from securities trading. The Moroccan brokerage made a net profit of 58.8 million dirhams in 2025, up from 28.7 million dirhams a year earlier.

Total operating income rose to 190.1 million dirhams from 128.6 million dirhams in 2024. Most of the increase came from securities trading commissions, which grew to 176.2 million dirhams from 105.7 million dirhams.

Income from related activities fell to 13.9 million dirhams from 22.6 million dirhams. Revenue from services also dropped to 35,161.78 dirhams from 114,118.90 dirhams.

Operating costs increased to 113 million dirhams from 88.6 million dirhams. Even so, operating profit almost doubled to 77.1 million dirhams from 39.9 million dirhams.

The company’s financial result was a profit of 1.3 million dirhams, compared with a loss of 750,475.61 dirhams in 2024. Profit before tax and exceptional items rose to 78.4 million dirhams from 39.2 million dirhams.

After a non-recurring loss of 1.4 million dirhams and tax of 18.1 million dirhams, net profit reached 58.8 million dirhams.

The company’s total assets stood at 653.3 million dirhams at the end of 2025, up from 327.5 million dirhams a year earlier.

Shareholders’ equity increased to 106.3 million dirhams from 55.4 million dirhams, while share capital rose to 35 million dirhams from 20 million dirhams.

Current assets increased to 519.8 million dirhams from 246 million dirhams. Current liabilities also rose to 547 million dirhams from 272 million dirhams, mainly because of trading and settlement accounts.

In their report, the company’s auditors said: “The financial statements are regular and fair and give a true and fair view of the results of operations, the financial position and the assets of CFG Marchés as of 31 December 2025, in accordance with the accounting standards in force in Morocco.”
