CIH Bank is looking for architects to design and oversee the construction of its new headquarters in Casablanca Finance City. The bank has launched a call for expressions of interest for the project, which includes the design, technical studies, and supervision of the construction of a new high-rise office tower.

The future building will have a total floor area of about 25,720 square metres and will become the bank’s new headquarters.

The competition is open to teams made up of architects and technical design offices with experience in delivering high-rise and other complex projects. Moroccan architects must lead all participating teams.

CIH Bank will also award four prizes of 1 million Moroccan dirhams each to the shortlisted teams that are not chosen as the final winner.

Architectural firms interested in taking part must first submit an expression of interest by email to the bank’s Logistics Department. Once registered on the Nachtary platform, they will be able to access the competition documents and upload their applications.

The deadline to submit expressions of interest is 13 July 2026.
