More than 1,300 families have moved into homes built by TGCC Immobilier over the past 11 years, the company said as it celebrated its anniversary. Since launching in 2015, the Moroccan property developer has completed more than 20 residential projects across the country. It has delivered more than 450 villas, over 650 serviced villa plots and more than 1,000 apartments.
The company has focused on delivering projects on time and building trust with buyers.
“In real estate, trust is decisive,” said Ghita Bouzoubaa, Deputy General Director of TGCC Immobilier.
“It allows families to project themselves, commit their future, and make a life choice with serenity. For 11 years, we have advanced with this requirement: keeping our word, building with rigor, and delivering projects up to the commitments made. This is the meaning of Al Kelma, our core value.”
TGCC Immobilier is part of the TGCC Group, one of Morocco’s largest construction companies. Its projects are designed to offer good construction quality, practical living spaces and long-term value.
The company is growing as Morocco’s housing market remains active.
Bank Al Maghrib has kept its key interest rate at 2.25%, helping mortgage rates stay between 4.1% and 5.2%. That has made home loans more affordable for many middle and upper-income families.
Morocco still needs around 334,000 more homes, helping keep demand strong. Property prices are rising steadily by around 1.5% to 1.7% a year.
Apartments remain the most popular choice in cities because they are more affordable. Demand is also growing for gated villa communities and serviced plots in expanding areas such as Bouskoura near Casablanca, especially among wealthy buyers and Moroccans living abroad.
TGCC Immobilier could also benefit from major infrastructure projects being built by its parent company.
TGCC SA is working on several projects linked to the 2030 FIFA World Cup, including the 115,000-seat Grand Stade Hassan II near Casablanca and the high-speed rail extension between Kenitra and Marrakech.
