BCP Group has launched a new service called BLADI TIQQA to help Moroccans living abroad support family members aged 60 and over in Morocco. The service comes through a partnership with Seniors Plus. Maroc Assistance Internationale, a long-time partner of Seniors Plus, will manage the day-to-day operations.
BLADI TIQQA is based on TIQQA, a service created by Seniors Plus. The company says it is the first Moroccan solution designed to help older people stay independent and improve their quality of life.
The service focuses on three areas: health and safety, active living, and daily support.
People who sign up can use activities in different cities across Morocco, home assistance, administrative support, help with everyday tasks, and a concierge service available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
BCP brings its experience and nationwide network for Moroccans living abroad. Seniors Plus designed the service for older people. Maroc Assistance Internationale will handle assistance services and operations.
