CIH Bank capital increase

CIH Bank has completed a capital increase reserved for its employees and staff of eligible subsidiaries, raising nearly MAD 250 million through the issuance of new shares.

The operation was carried out in line with a prospectus approved by Morocco’s capital markets regulator on July 8, 2026. The bank’s board of directors formally confirmed the transaction at its meeting on July 28.

A total of 892,857 new shares were subscribed for a combined value of **nearly MAD 250 million**.

The main subscription plan accounted for 419,700 shares, worth MAD 117.5 million, while the complementary plan covered 397,184 shares valued at MAD 111.2 million. The remaining 75,973 shares represented MAD 21.3 million.

Following the transaction, CIH Bank’s share capital increased to MAD 3.649 billion, up from MAD 3.560 billion. The total number of shares rose from35,605,624 to 36,498,481.

The employee share issue comes alongside a separate capital increase approved at the bank’s extraordinary general meeting on **May 22, 2026**.

Together, the two capital increases, worth a combined nearly MAD 1 billion, were fully subscribed. After both transactions, CIH Bank’s share capital stands at MAD 3.864 billion, divided into 38,641,338 shares.
