CIH Bank’s Mobile Corpo app lets businesses manage accounts, transfer money, approve payments and track international transfers remotely.

Businesses can check their bank accounts, make payments and track international transfers from their phones through a digital banking service offered by CIH Bank. The service, called CIH Mobile Corpo, also known as CIH Mobile Entreprises, is designed for companies, small and medium-sized businesses and professional clients.

It allows users to check recent transactions in real time, transfer money, top up cards and pay bills. They can also check unpaid cheques and bills of exchange, order cheque books and generate their bank account details, known in Morocco as a RIB.

The app includes a multi-signature feature, which allows transactions to be signed by more than one authorised person. This can help businesses manage payment approvals remotely rather than relying on in-person procedures.

Users can also track international transfers, including cross-border payments, and check both accounting balances and real-time account positions.

The service offers a customisable dashboard, allowing clients to activate or deactivate services and choose which menus appear. Shortcuts provide quicker access to frequently used transactions.

One of its functions is to track unpaid bills of exchange, known locally as lettres de change normalisées (LCN). These are commercial payment instruments used by businesses, often to settle transactions at a later date. Monitoring unpaid cheques and bills can help companies identify delayed payments and manage cash flow.
