For the second consecutive year, Marrakech has been named the world’s most enchanting city, solidifying its status as a must-visit destination for travelers, according to Travel and Leisure magazine. “Nestled at the foot of the Atlas Mountains, this Moroccan gem continues to captivate visitors with its unique blend of historical charm and refined modernity,” the magazine notes.
The list of the top 10 most sought-after cities in Africa and the Middle East for 2024 includes two other Moroccan destinations: Fès ranks 6th, while Essaouira comes in at 7th.
