SKODA recently organized a waste collection operation at Tamaris Beach, bringing together employees and their families for a collective action in favor of the environment. This event continues SKODA’s long-standing commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility through various initiatives, such as waste collection, tree planting, and well digging.

The beach cleanup event took place in Casablanca, where numerous SKODA employees and their families gathered to collect litter and help preserve the coastal area. This initiative is part of SKODA’s ongoing dedication to environmental causes, which also includes reforestation and well-digging projects in Morocco. The automotive brand reaffirms its commitment to promoting a more sustainable and responsible future.

“Our main goal with this operation was to bring our community together for a day of concrete action and raise awareness about the importance of keeping our beaches clean. We want to show that each of us can contribute to a cleaner and greener future, reflecting the values upheld by SKODA,” said Nadia Ksikes, Director of the SKODA brand.

The event saw the participation of around a hundred people, including SKODA employees and their relatives. Together, they worked diligently to clean the beach, collecting over 467 kg of waste. This initiative highlights SKODA’s determination to promote responsible and sustainable actions.
