Userguest, a startup specializing in hotel revenue optimization, has successfully completed a €2.2 million funding round. Led by Al Mada Ventures, the investment also saw participation from prominent investors such as CDG Invest, Saviu Ventures, UM6P Ventures, Kalys VC, and Plug & Play. Renowned business angels Philippe Limes and Thane Kuhlman also contributed to the funding.

Hicham Benyebdri, co-founder of Userguest, expressed his gratitude to the investors, emphasizing that the funding validates the company’s vision and highlights its success in gaining the trust of major hotel brands.

Founded in 2018, Userguest offers an automated solution that helps hotels increase revenue by personalizing communication with visitors on their websites. With a presence in more than 30 countries, the startup has generated over $100 million in revenue for its clients since 2019.

This new capital injection will enable Userguest to accelerate its growth, enhance its platform with new features, and strengthen its sales team to penetrate new markets. The support from these top-tier investors underlines Userguest’s potential to revolutionize the hotel industry.
