ToumAI, a fast-rising Moroccan startup specializing in artificial intelligence for customer experience, has reached a significant milestone by raising €1 million (10.5 million dirhams). The funding round was led by Orange Fab Maroc, the startup accelerator of the Orange Group, with participation from top international investors, including Orange Ventures, Digital Africa, Launch Africa, and Madica Ventures.

This funding will propel the development of ToumAI’s flagship product, HolistiCX, an advanced AI platform designed to analyze customer interactions in real-time. HolistiCX detects emotions, personalizes responses, and adapts to multiple languages and cultural contexts, allowing businesses to better understand and engage with their customers at scale.

Orange Maroc, through its Orange Digital Center, played a pivotal role in supporting ToumAI’s growth, providing both innovation-friendly infrastructure and access to a global network of experts.
