The Board of Directors of Aluminium du Maroc, during its meeting on July 29, appointed Abdeslam El Alami as the Chairman of the Board. His term as chairman will align with his tenure as a board member, lasting until the conclusion of the ordinary general meeting that will review the financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2028.
Given that Abdeslam El Alami also serves as the company’s General Manager, the Board has decided to consolidate the current management structure. Moving forward, the General Manager’s responsibilities will be overseen by the Chairman of the Board, with the title “Chairman and CEO.”
