Morocco’s leading private healthcare group, AKDITAL, has officially taken a bold step onto the international stage by forging two strategic partnerships in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, marking its first move into the Gulf region.

The group has signed two Memorandums of Understanding with leading Saudi real estate developers, Wataniah Business Real Estate and Namaya (AL FOZAN Holding), under the patronage of the Saudi Ministry of Investment. The agreements provide for the creation of two dedicated real estate entities to develop AKDITAL private hospitals in Riyadh and Jeddah by 2027.

A total investment of 200 million USD has been earmarked for the project, in line with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 strategy, which aims to modernize the country’s healthcare infrastructure and attract foreign capital.

The signing ceremony in Riyadh brought together key stakeholders from both sides, including Dr. Rochdi Talib, CEO of AKDITAL Group, Ilyas El Harti, Deputy CEO, and senior representatives from the Saudi Ministry of Investment.

Through this ambitious initiative, AKDITAL reaffirms its commitment to regional leadership in private healthcare by exporting its hospital management expertise and high standards of medical excellence.
