Attijariwafa Bank is giving its mobile banking app a new name as it tries to make everyday banking simpler for its users.
L’bankalik will now be called “Simple”. The bank says the change is aimed at people who use their phones for everything and want quick and easy banking in their daily lives.
The rebrand is part of a wider digital push by the group. It wants to offer a more modern app that is smoother and easier to navigate, while keeping the same level of service, security and support.
For customers, nothing changes for now. Their accounts, cards and services stay exactly the same, and the app will continue to meet the same security standards.
Attijariwafa Bank will add new features over time to improve the experience.
The switch to Simple will happen gradually over the next few weeks. Users will start to see “Simple” appear on the app, website and social media.
