Marrakech is gearing up to celebrate Moroccan fashion as it hosts the 25th edition of Caftan Week, a highly anticipated event organized by Femmes du Maroc. This year’s theme, “Sahara: Heritage in Couture,” pays tribute to the rich cultural legacy of the Moroccan Sahara. From May 8 to 11, 2025, the city will come alive with a dynamic program featuring exhibitions, discussions, and the prestigious Caftan 2025 runway show.
The event will spotlight 14 talented designers, carefully selected through a rigorous process, each bringing their own interpretation of the caftan, infused with the essence of Saharan tradition. Here are the fashion visionaries who will grace this year’s edition:
