The Spanish hospitality group Checkin Hotels announced on Wednesday the opening of two new tourist establishments in Morocco as part of its strategy to strengthen its presence in the country.
The first, DWO Marrakech Ennakhil, is a luxurious 5-star hotel located in the vibrant city of Marrakech, offering 230 rooms for guests. The group’s statement highlights this addition as a significant enhancement to their portfolio.
The second hotel, DWO Golden Camp Merzouga, offers a unique desert experience with 32 khaima tents equipped with modern comforts. Nestled in the heart of the Erg Chebbi dunes, this establishment provides an immersive stay amidst breathtaking desert landscapes.
“Two different concepts to enjoy Morocco’s stunning scenery and warm hospitality with comprehensive vacation services,” the Spanish hotel chain notes.
Both establishments are already operational, expanding the brand’s offerings in Morocco. Earlier in March, Checkin Hotels inaugurated its first Moroccan hotel, DWO Le Bedouin, a 4-star complex located in the Agafay desert near Marrakech.
