Emirates is deepening its ties with Morocco by launching a major recruitment drive across five key cities this October. As part of its global hiring efforts, the Dubai-based airline is looking to tap into Morocco’s talent pool with recruitment events scheduled in Casablanca, Rabat, Fes, Marrakech, and Tangier. The goal: to find the next wave of cabin crew members who will join its diverse team serving destinations around the world.
The campaign kicked off this past Friday with an open recruitment day in Casablanca. More sessions are planned throughout the month: Rabat on October 12, Fes on October 14, Marrakech on October 23, and Tangier on October 25. Due to high demand, a second event in Casablanca is also set for October 27.
This initiative builds on an already active year of recruitment across Morocco. According to Emirates, the response from Moroccan candidates has been overwhelming, with thousands of applications received so far. Currently, over 860 Moroccan nationals are working as cabin crew, flying across the airline’s vast network of 140 destinations. The continued interest reflects not only the appeal of Emirates as an employer but also the growing recognition of Morocco’s professional talent on the international stage.
Abdulla Adnan, Emirates’ Country Manager in Morocco, emphasized the standout qualities of Moroccan candidates. He pointed to their strong language skills, adaptability to different cultures, and innate hospitality—attributes that align well with the airline’s high standards for customer service.
To reinforce its commitment to service excellence, Emirates has recently opened a state-of-the-art training center in Dubai. The Emirates Centre of Hospitality Excellence represents an $8 million investment and is designed to train up to 25,000 crew members. By the end of this year, the center aims to have already trained 10,000 professionals. The program is built around four core values: excellence, care, innovation, and passion.
In addition to world-class training, successful applicants can expect a comprehensive benefits package.
