A major economic concentration operation is underway in Morocco’s insurance brokerage industry. Casablanca Intermediation Company is set to take exclusive control of Aon Acore SARL through the acquisition of the remaining capital and voting rights from AMF Finance and Aon France. This transaction marks a significant shift in the sector, reinforcing Aon’s strategic position in the Moroccan market.

Casablanca Intermediation Company, a holding company affiliated with Aon France, currently does not engage in commercial activities in Morocco. However, this acquisition is designed to strengthen Aon’s footprint in the country by consolidating its brokerage operations, particularly in commercial risk management and health insurance.

Beyond a simple ownership transfer, this move is part of a broader trend of consolidation in Morocco’s insurance brokerage market. The deal could have a lasting impact on competition and access to insurance services, reshaping the landscape for businesses and individuals seeking coverage.
