Twenty-two employees of the Kenzi Hotels Group have just earned certification through the KAFAA program, an initiative launched in 2024 by the National Tourism Council (CNT) to recognize and enhance the skills of professionals in the hospitality industry.
Designed as a career accelerator, KAFAA is based on the Validation of Acquired Skills and Experience (VAE), allowing tourism and hospitality professionals to gain official recognition for their expertise without following a traditional academic path. Candidates are assessed on both technical and interpersonal skills through real-life scenarios and experience-based evaluations. Those who meet the criteria receive certification that validates their professional abilities.
The program’s closing ceremony took place on March 12, 2025, at the Novotel, where the newly certified professionals were celebrated. Representing Kenzi Tower, Kenzi Basma, and Kenzi Sidi Maarouf hotels, they were guided throughout the process by their Human Resources Managers, who played a crucial role in their success.
“This achievement reflects our teams’ dedication and our commitment to continuously raising our service standards,” stated the Kenzi Hotels Group’s management.
By encouraging its employees to develop their skills and obtain professional certification, the Kenzi Hotels Group reinforces its vision of Moroccan hospitality—one that prioritizes talent development and service excellence. This collective success highlights the group’s ongoing efforts in continuous training and professional growth.
