Marrakech is set to host a new luxury real estate project, “Sunset Village Private Residences,” spearheaded by the renowned artist Maître Gims. In collaboration with Horizon Development, this ambitious initiative will see the creation of a community comprising 121 luxury villas spread across 13 hectares on the Amizmiz road, just a ten-minute drive from Marrakech’s city center. The project entails an investment of one billion dirhams (approximately 100 million USD).
Nestled near the Agafay desert and only a short distance from the city center, “Sunset Village Private Residences” promises an exceptional living environment. Residents will enjoy breathtaking views of the Atlas Mountains and stunning sunsets, making it a unique and desirable location.
“This project is my way of giving back to a city that has given me so much,” stated Gims. “With the support and friendship of King Mohammed VI and the Moroccan people, I am thrilled to contribute to Marrakech’s international appeal and dynamic growth.” Having fallen in love with the ochre city on his first visit in 2009, Gims described Marrakech as his sanctuary for over a decade.
To celebrate the launch of this real estate project, an exclusive event is scheduled for June 9 at Selman Palace, Marrakech. Invitations, which are nominative, are available to luxury real estate brokers, the press, and potential buyers upon registration at horizonmorocco.com, where the countdown to the launch has begun. According to Haute Residence, the event will bring together a star-studded guest list, including VIPs from the entertainment, sports, business, and political arenas.
