Maserati's MCPURA hits Morocco with power and prestige

Unveiled earlier this month at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, the Maserati MCPURA is now making its way to Moroccan roads. Brought in by Auto Hall Luxury Motors, this latest Italian supercar arrives with bold ambitions: to distill Maserati’s legacy into a pure expression of power, style, and innovation.

Offered in both coupe and convertible configurations, the MCPURA builds upon the foundation laid by the MC20 while pushing performance to new heights. Maserati’s acclaimed 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 engine, known as Nettuno, sits at the heart of the car. With 630 horsepower and housed in a carbon-fiber monocoque, the vehicle boasts an exceptional power-to-weight ratio of just 2.33 kg per horsepower—among the very best in its class. Every inch of this machine is hand-crafted in Modena, Maserati’s historic home and the birthplace of its most exclusive vehicles.

The convertible model, dubbed Cielo, introduces an electrochromic glass roof that can instantly shift from opaque to transparent at the touch of a button. Its signature butterfly doors open to reveal the exposed carbon structure underneath, adding a futuristic edge to its sleek silhouette.

Inside the cabin, Maserati blends luxury and cutting-edge design with icy-toned Alcantara accented by shimmering blue and red highlights. This interplay of texture and light continues outside, particularly in customized editions created through Maserati’s Fuoriserie program. For the car’s official debut, the brand introduced a special hue—Ai Aqua Rainbow—whose shimmering finish changes depending on the light.

In addition to this unique shade, three new colors have joined the lineup: Devil Orange, a bold and vibrant choice; Verde Royale, offering deep, refined tones; and Night Interaction, a dark metallic finish that exudes understated elegance. Buyers can choose from over thirty customization options, including up to four layers of paint for a truly personalized finish.

With the MCPURA, Maserati isn’t just showcasing performance—it’s reaffirming its mastery of craftsmanship and engineering. Every stage of production, from design to final assembly, takes place at the Viale Ciro Menotti plant in Modena. This same facility also produces the GT2 Stradale and the upcoming GranTurismo and GranCabrio, set to arrive before the end of the year.

The launch of the MCPURA marks a key milestone in Maserati’s ongoing transformation, driven by Stellantis’s “Dare Forward 2030” strategy. Its arrival in Morocco signals not only a growing appetite for luxury vehicles in the region but also Maserati’s commitment to expanding its footprint in high-demand markets.
