Mohamed Chaïbi will continue to serve as President of the Board of Directors at Ciments du Maroc for another year, following a decision by the company’s Board. Additionally, during its General Assembly, the cement manufacturer announced the distribution of an exceptional dividend of 10 dirhams per share, in addition to the ordinary dividend of 60 dirhams per share recommended by the Board. This brings the total dividend payout to 70 dirhams per share, which will be disbursed starting from July 15.
