Morocco’s official reserve assets amounted to 329.4 billion dirhams on February 4, 2022, down by 5.4% compared to the same period in 2021, Morocco’s central bank (Bank Al-Maghrib) has said.

During the week of Feb. 3-9, 2022, Bank Al-Maghrib injected 76.4 billion dirhams.

As for the interbank rate, it has remained at 1.5%, the source added in a release.

In the same period, the Dirham depreciated by 0.62% against the Euro and appreciated by 0.47% against the U.S. Dollar.
