Novartis Pharma Maroc has announced the appointment of Yahya Abdallah as Chairman and CEO for Morocco, Tunisia, and Algeria. Based in Casablanca, he will oversee the company’s strategic operations in these three key markets, with a focus on advancing innovation and expanding access to healthcare.
With over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Yahya Abdallah is widely respected for his leadership and expertise. Since joining Novartis in 2011, he has held several high-level positions, including leading commercial excellence and public affairs teams in the Middle East. His efforts have been instrumental in shaping healthcare access strategies and fostering public-private partnerships, significantly improving patient care across the region.
His appointment comes at a pivotal time as Morocco undertakes major healthcare reforms aimed at making medical services more accessible and modernizing the sector.
