Red Med Capital named one of the Best Places to Work

Red Med Capital has officially earned the “Best Places to Work” certification across all of its business units, a recognition that spans its parent company and five specialized subsidiaries operating in corporate finance, asset management, private equity, brokerage, and real estate.

The distinction was based on a comprehensive internal audit and an employee survey involving the group’s 70 staff members. The results were impressive: the company received an overall score of 80%, with employee satisfaction nearing the 90% mark—a strong endorsement of its workplace environment.

Over the past year, Red Med Capital has experienced significant growth, doubling its workforce. At the same time, the company has continued to make strides in gender diversity. Women now account for 46% of the total staff, with some subsidiaries reporting female-majority teams. These numbers are being highlighted by the group as evidence of its sustained commitment to gender parity.
