Royal Mansour Casablanca has added new wellness treatments and fitness services to its spa, while bringing an international wellness specialist to the hotel for a limited residency. Eduardo Sierra Garcia, an osteopath, manual therapist, acupuncturist and Pilates specialist, will work at the spa from 10 September to 15 October. He has more than 20 years of experience and will offer osteopathy and Pilates sessions, as well as his signature sculpting facial treatment.
“A unique wellness meeting not to be missed at Royal Mansour Casablanca,” the hotel said. “On the occasion of his residency at Royal Mansour Casablanca, guests will be able to discover his universe through osteopathy and Pilates sessions, as well as his signature sculpting facial treatment. An approach where precision of movement and understanding of the body meet to offer a deeply personalized experience.”
The spa has also added FaceGym, a facial treatment designed to tone and refresh the face. It uses massage techniques, microcurrents and other tools to work facial muscles.
“The Spa has the pleasure of introducing FaceGym, an innovative concept of ‘facial gymnastics’ that combines cutting-edge beauty techniques to tone, sculpt, and revitalize facial muscles,” the hotel said.
Three other services have been added: EMS training, Pilates Reformer and manual lymphatic drainage.
EMS uses electrical signals to activate muscles during exercise. The Pilates Reformer sessions focus on posture, flexibility and core strength.
Manual lymphatic drainage uses gentle massage techniques to stimulate the lymphatic system and help reduce water retention.
The spa covers about 2,510 square metres across three floors. It includes a marble hammam, an indoor heated swimming pool, treatment rooms, a Pilates Reformer area and a beauty salon.
Royal Mansour Casablanca reopened in 2024 after a major reconstruction. The hotel occupies 24 floors in central Casablanca.
The new services come as wellness becomes a bigger part of the luxury hotel business. The global wellness tourism market has grown to more than $850bn, according to the Global Wellness Institute.
