Ten Moroccan economic decision-makers under the age of 40 have been featured in the prestigious Choiseul 100 Africa 2024 ranking, which highlights the 200 most influential and promising leaders on the African continent. These individuals represent a diverse range of sectors and play pivotal roles in driving Morocco’s and Africa’s economic development.
Here are the ten Moroccan leaders included in the 2024 ranking:
- Moulay Mhamed Elalamy (4th): CEO of Saham Group
- Malik Sefrioui (7th): Vice President of Ciments de l’Atlas
- Youssef Ahizoune (12th): CEO of Arma Group
- Soukayna Akhannouch (16th): CEO of Akwa Group
- Loubna Tricha (21st): Director General of the Office of Vocational Training and Employment Promotion (OFPPT)
- Hamza Laghrari (28th): Co-CEO of Al Hoceinia Holding
- Ali Seddiki (30th): Director General of the Moroccan Agency for Investment and Export Development (AMDIE)
- Ilyas El Harti (39th): Deputy General Manager for Operations, Support, and Transformation at Akdital Group
- Hamza Mikou (52nd): General Manager of Attijariwafa Ventures
- Amine Belhaj Soulami (77th): Chief of Staff to the Minister of Industry and Commerce
The Choiseul 100 Africa ranking, conducted by Choiseul Africa, showcases leaders from various fields, including technology, finance, energy, agriculture, and healthcare, who are making significant contributions to the continent’s economic growth. A decade of recognizing African leadership
This year marks the 10th anniversary of Choiseul Africa, a platform that has fostered an influential network of over 800 African leaders. To commemorate this milestone, a series of events will be organized, including the 5th edition of the Choiseul Africa Business Forum, which will take place on October 31 and November 1 in Marrakech.
