Thami Ghorfi, president of ESCA School of Management, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). This prestigious appointment marks him as the first Moroccan to hold such a position since the organization’s founding in 1916.

The AACSB, known as the largest global alliance and principal accreditation body for business and management schools worldwide, welcomes Ghorfi for a three-year term starting July 1st. His appointment is seen as a testament to his expertise and an unparalleled opportunity to promote excellence in management education globally, especially in a time when businesses are navigating rapid changes and significant challenges.

He previously served as the president of the AACSB MENA Council from 2018 to 2021 and remains an active member of various committees within prestigious organizations such as EFMD and GBSN.
