The young Moroccan footballer Zacarias Ghailan has extended his contract with FC Barcelona until 2024, the Catalan club announced.
Based on this contract, signed in the presence of Barça president Joan Laporta, the buyout clause for the 19-year-old Moroccan striker stands at 50 million euros.
If Ghailan becomes a member of the Barça senior team, this clause will be doubled to 100 million euros.
Born on June 28, 2002, Zacarias Ghailan has been playing for Barça since he was 14 years old. He won the Spanish U19 championship. He has been called up several times by Ronald Koeman to train with the first team.
He is part of the Moroccan U20 team that took part in the African Nations Championship last January.
