During the Annual General Assembly held on July 18, 2024, Youssef Chraibi was re-elected as the President of the Moroccan Federation of Outsourcing Services (FMES) for a new term. This occasion provided an opportunity to review the achievements of the first three years since the FMES was established and its integration as a statutory sectoral federation within the CGEM.
Under Chraibi’s leadership, the FMES has continued to enhance the value of outsourcing services, benefiting all companies operating in the sector. The federation remains dedicated to promoting the growth and competitiveness of Morocco’s outsourcing industry both locally and internationally.

Strategic action plan
A comprehensive action plan was presented during the General Assembly, highlighting various initiatives focused on training, enhancing Morocco’s competitiveness as a destination for outsourcing, and promoting the sector at both local and international levels. The outsourcing sector in Morocco has seen a remarkable 14% increase in export revenues over the past year, reaching 18 billion dirhams, positioning it among the top five global industries in Morocco.
