Orange Morocco is bringing its biggest youth talent programmes together under a single brand called Orange Talents. The new platform combines Orange Music Talents, Orange Koora Talents and Orange eSport Talents, covering three areas that are especially popular with young Moroccans: music, football and gaming.

The goal is to make it easier to find talented young people, help them develop their skills and give them a bigger national platform.

The announcement was made in Benslimane as Morocco’s digital and creative sectors continue to grow. Gaming, in particular, has become one of the country’s fastest-growing industries, with Morocco now home to the largest gaming market in North Africa.

“Orange Talents embodies our vision of an engaged operator, a partner of Moroccan youth and a revealer of their talents. We offer a platform where passions are expressed, where excellence is recognised and where every young person can dream big. Through music, football and gaming, we connect closely with their aspirations and open the doors to the national stage,” said Hendrik Kasteel, CEO of Orange Morocco.

Several well-known names will be involved in the programme. Singer Asmaa Lemnawar will support the music category, while Morocco international Brahim Diaz and freestyle footballer Mehdi Amri will represent football. Gaming content creator XcharifX will be the face of the gaming programme.

Orange Morocco will also launch a travelling festival called Orange Talents Fest. The event will visit several cities across the country, including Agadir, Essaouira and Nador, with football competitions, live concerts and EA Sports FC gaming tournaments open to the public.

For Orange Music Talents 2026, ten young artists will be selected through online auditions. They will take part in an artistic residency, record their own singles, go on a radio tour and appear in a TV show before performing at Orange Talents Fest. The winner will be the artist with the most streams on Anghami.

Participants will be coached by Madara, Mehdi Mozayine, Mohamed Moghrabi and DJ Bilal Africano. This year’s edition also introduces a chaabi music category, with Statia and Tarek Bereddad helping mentor young performers.

Orange Koora Talents will focus on freestyle football and aims to find the most technically skilled player in Morocco.

Orange eSport Talents will feature online tournaments, a national tour and a final event in Casablanca. The winner will earn a professional contract with Team xProjekt, Orange Morocco’s esports partner.

The company recently strengthened its presence in esports by becoming the first telecom operator in Morocco to sponsor a national esports team and launch a regional esports scholarship programme.

The initiative is about more than entertainment. Through its #ForGoodConnections programme, it will also organise workshops for children and families on responsible digital use. Topics will include cyberbullying, screen time and online safety.
