Twenty BMCI employees have completed the bank’s first “Passerelles” training programme, with every participant passing the final assessment after five months of study. The programme, run with the ISCAE Group, helps employees learn new skills and prepare for different jobs inside the bank.

BMCI received 104 applications across the programme’s first two editions. Only 20 employees were selected for the certified course, and all of them passed, giving the first class a 100% success rate.

The training focuses on reskilling and upskilling. It gives employees technical knowledge and practical tools to move into new roles as the banking sector changes.

“Developing our employees’ skills is a priority for BMCI,” said Othmane Arhmir, the bank’s Human Resources Director.

“With the Passerelles programme, we are investing in our people to support their career growth and meet the changing needs of our jobs. This certification shows our commitment to internal mobility and preparing our teams for the skills of tomorrow.”

BMCI and the ISCAE Group created the programme to bring academic training closer to the needs of the banking industry.

“Passerelles” is part of its long-term investment in employee development. It aims to help staff build new skills, move into different positions and adapt to changes across the bank’s nationwide network.
