On Monday, the Caisse Marocaine des Retraites (CMR) unveiled the new version of its electronic portal, “www.cmr.gov.ma.” This portal offers innovative digital services through dedicated spaces for users (members, retirees, and beneficiaries), partners, and the general public, providing institutional data and updates about the CMR, as stated in a press release.
The new portal aims to enhance user experience by simplifying the registration process and developing integrated and digitized pathways. It is designed to be an inclusive service portal, adhering to best practices in web design and accessibility standards, particularly for the visually impaired. Users can access their data through multiple channels while ensuring complete security and confidentiality.
The portal is intended as a reliable and secure reference point, offering electronic data and services with interactive and dynamic content. Beneficiaries and partners can download documents and certificates, submit files and requests related to CMR services, track the processing of their submissions, access real-time information about their status, and use the electronic payment service.
The supplementary retirement scheme “Attakmilli” has also been fully digitized, from the enrollment process to the liquidation of accrued rights. This includes rights simulation, exceptional contributions, personal statement consultations, and contract modification.
Additionally, the “e-retraite” platform’s services have been expanded, allowing HR departments of employer organizations to track their employees’ file processing and automatically declare contributions.
The platform now includes new partners such as mutual societies and social work foundations.
The launch of this new electronic portal is part of CMR’s digital transformation strategy, which focuses on simplifying procedures and offering innovative digital services.
