CDG Développement taps Mehdi El Kebbaj as deputy CEO

Mehdi El Kebbaj has been appointed Deputy CEO of CDG Développement, where he will oversee the group’s real estate operations—a key sector within its newly restructured territorial development division. His new role places him at the helm of several major subsidiaries, including Ewane, Dyar Al Madina, Patrilog, Exprom Facilities, AjarInvest, and Xperis, all of which play central roles in managing and enhancing real estate assets.

With over twenty years of experience, El Kebbaj brings a solid track record in finance, urban planning, and asset management. His career has included leadership roles at Foncière Chellah and Ewane Assets, and he was instrumental in merging the two to form Ewane, the real estate company he currently heads.

Earlier in his career, he led CDG Développement’s Financial Strategy and Management division, after a stint overseeing finance and resources at MEDZ. His academic background is equally diverse and international. He is a graduate of ISCAE and holds advanced degrees in accounting and finance from CNAM in Paris, organizational leadership from Sciences Po, and comparative law and international business from the University of Perpignan.
