Dislog Group has taken a significant step forward in its growth strategy with the acquisition of 100% of the distribution network of Venezia Ice, Venezia Ice & Bakery, and the MCDF factory, which specializes in food manufacturing and preparation. This transaction, carried out with the Bougrine family, strengthens Dislog Group’s presence in the agri-food sector and broadens its portfolio of brands and products.

For Venezia Ice, this acquisition marks a major milestone. Founded in 1999, the brand has become a leader in ice cream and pastry, operating 45 retail and franchise locations across Morocco. Its founder, Sghir Bougrine, will remain involved in the transition, ensuring operational management in the coming years. He sees this partnership as an opportunity to further strengthen Venezia Ice’s market position while maintaining its commitment to quality and innovation.

Established in 2005, Dislog Group has quickly established itself as a key player in the fast-moving consumer goods sector. Its recent expansion into the pharmaceutical industry and packaging manufacturing through CMB Plastique reflects its commitment to diversification.

This transaction, supported by Deloitte, Hilmi Law Firm, and Hdid & Associés on financial, legal, and tax matters, remains subject to regulatory approval, particularly from the Competition Council. Once finalized, it is expected to solidify Dislog Group’s role as a major player in the agri-food industry and support its ambitions for growth in both the Moroccan and international markets.
