GM Africa, the exclusive distributor of ABB E-Mobility charging solutions in Morocco, has announced the launch of the Terra 360, Africa’s fastest electric vehicle (EV) charger. Unveiled during the International Building Exhibition (SIB), this cutting-edge charger delivers up to 360 kW of power, capable of recharging a vehicle in under 15 minutes or adding 100 km of range in just three minutes, according to a company statement.
The Terra 360 is designed to meet the growing demands of electric mobility in Morocco. Its modular configuration allows it to charge up to two vehicles simultaneously, distributing energy dynamically between them.
Its compact and adaptable design makes it suitable for urban areas, gas stations, parking lots, and commercial fleets, including utility vehicles, vans, trucks, and buses. The charging station is also wheelchair accessible and features an ergonomic cable management system, ensuring a seamless user experience.
The Terra 360 is set to roll out in major Moroccan cities and strategic locations starting in 2025. Customization options will allow the charger to adapt to client needs and blend seamlessly into various installation sites.
