The Italian firm Febo International is expanding its footprint in Morocco through a new strategic partnership. Teaming up with Zaina Dbah, Febo has acquired joint control of F Negoce, a Casablanca-based company specializing in the distribution of plastic materials. The deal was carried out in collaboration with Mohamed Faouzi, a long-standing shareholder in the company.
Located in the industrial zone of Aïn Sebaâ, F Negoce has carved out a strong position in a growing market, driven by increasing demand for plastic products in construction, manufacturing, and the food industry. The arrival of new investors signals a potential boost for the company, particularly in terms of logistics and supply chain development.
Febo International, a subsidiary of the Italian group Febo S.p.A, operates across Europe in the trade of thermoplastic resins and petrochemical products. This move into the Moroccan market aligns with Febo’s broader strategy to expand into North Africa and integrate local distributors into global supply networks.
With this acquisition, Zaina Dbah becomes a shareholder in the company, transforming F Negoce into a three-way ownership structure poised for future growth.
