Moroccan golfers claim historic ten golds at Pan-Arab Tournament in Egypt

In a historic first, Morocco will host an official stop of the Ladies European Tour Access Series (LETAS) outside Europe, with the Madaëf Golfs Ladies Open by Saïdia Resorts, scheduled from April 25 to 27, 2025, at Golf Lacs in the Saïdia Resorts seaside destination.

Organized by Madaëf Sports & Events, the tournament will gather 108 professional golfers from 25 countries and 5 continents, competing in stroke play for a €50,000 prize fund. This milestone underscores Morocco’s rising profile as a premium golf destination on the global stage.

Preceding the tournament, a unique ProAm on April 24 will pair amateurs with professionals in a Shamble format, blending strategy, performance, and fun. A rare opportunity for enthusiasts to share the course and insights with elite players.

Beyond competition, the event promises a comprehensive experience combining golf, entertainment, and the natural beauty of Saïdia. Widespread media coverage is expected, shining a spotlight on Morocco’s commitment to sport and tourism excellence.

Through its inclusive and sustainable approach to golf, Madaëf strengthens its leadership with initiatives like Madaëf Golfs Academy and the “Graines de Golf” youth program. For LETAS, this event symbolizes a bold expansion into new territories for women’s golf.

The Madaëf Golfs Ladies Open by Saïdia Resorts is more than a tournament — it’s a celebration of talent, diversity, and Morocco’s vibrant role in the future of global golf.
