Radisson and Mfadel Group team up to transform Casablanca Finance City by 2028

Mfadel Group has taken a bold step into the world of hospitality, unveiling a major partnership with Radisson Hotel Group for a high-end hotel complex in Casablanca Finance City. The announcement was made Thursday at the Villa Roosevelt and marked a pivotal moment in Casablanca’s ongoing evolution into a global economic hub. The deal represents an investment of 850 million dirhams and signals Mfadel’s clear intent to shift from its traditional real estate focus into a broader, more international sphere.

Known until now for its work in residential and commercial real estate, Mfadel is now setting its sights on the fast-growing hospitality sector. The alliance with Radisson—one of the world’s leading hotel brands—is more than just a business deal; it’s a statement of intent. With this move, Mfadel positions itself at the heart of Casablanca’s urban and tourism transformation, aligning its growth with the broader ambitions of the Moroccan economy.

Scheduled to open in the first half of 2028, the project will be located in the Casa-Anfa district, a flagship zone symbolizing Casablanca’s urban renewal. It will be the first fully integrated hotel offering in this prime area, blending luxury accommodation with a vibrant business and leisure ecosystem.

The development will include two signature hotels: the Radisson Blu Hotel & Apartments Casablanca Finance City, featuring 131 rooms and 77 high-end serviced apartments, and the Radisson RED Hotel Casablanca Finance City, designed with a modern, lifestyle-driven aesthetic and housing 177 rooms. Together, they aim to bring a new energy to the area, targeting both international visitors and business travelers.

But the project goes far beyond just accommodation. It’s envisioned as a full-service destination, an array of restaurants, and rooftop venues designed to serve as social and culinary hotspots. With this all-in-one concept, the development aims to position itself as a magnet for corporate events, international conferences, and high-end tourism.
