Morocco’s Ministry of Industry and Trade has officially launched a new call for proposals aimed at boosting industrial and tech clusters across the country in 2025. The initiative seeks to identify the most promising collaborative projects and provide them with government-backed financial support to accelerate their development.
This support is part of a broader national program designed to foster the growth of dynamic innovation hubs. The call is open not only to newly formed clusters but also to long-established networks that have already been receiving support for over eight years. The underlying goal is to create strong, sustainable ecosystems where businesses, startups, academic institutions, and research centers can come together to develop high-impact projects.
Interested applicants can pick up the full set of guidelines in person at the ministry’s headquarters in Rabat Chellah or download them directly from the official website at www.mcinet.gov.ma. All applications must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. on July 24, 2025.
With this latest round of support, the ministry is doubling down on its commitment to build a more resilient and innovative industrial sector—one that thrives on shared knowledge and collaborative effort.
