OCP Maintenance Solutions and NTN Europe are joining forces to help European factories spot equipment problems before they cause breakdowns. The two companies have signed a strategic partnership to bring AI-powered predictive maintenance to industrial sites. The first phase will focus on France, followed by other European markets.
The partnership brings together NTN Europe’s expertise in bearings, rotating equipment and industrial diagnostics with OCP Maintenance Solutions’ digital tools, i-Sense and i-Predict.
The technology collects equipment data, including vibration measurements, and uses predictive analysis to detect unusual behaviour. The aim is to identify possible faults early, allowing maintenance teams to act before equipment fails and disrupts production.
The companies have spent almost a year testing the technology on rotating equipment at NTN Europe’s facilities. OCP Maintenance Solutions has also used its technology in industrial operations in Morocco, Côte d’Ivoire, Pakistan and India.

The joint service covers several stages of maintenance. These include identifying critical equipment, collecting data automatically, diagnosing faults, helping experts make maintenance decisions and tracking field teams.
Predictive maintenance can help factories avoid unexpected shutdowns by identifying problems before they become serious. It can also help companies plan maintenance work and extend the working life of equipment.
OCP Maintenance Solutions was created in 2020 as an OCP Group subsidiary. The company has more than 350 employees and operates in Morocco and Saudi Arabia, serving customers in nine countries.
NTN Europe is part of Japan’s NTN Corporation. It has 14 production sites and an R&D centre in Europe, employs more than 5,000 people and generated €1.2bn in revenue in 2024.
